| 概要 | 本研究では、痙直型片麻痺を示す脳性麻痺児に対して中足指節関節の背屈運動が再現できる短下肢装具における歩行への影響を検討することである。その結果、裸足や既存の短下肢装具に比べ、下肢の蹴り出し時の垂直分力が有意に増加することが示された。
