| 概要 | In this study, we investigated the relationships between the employment conditions of mothers with infant children, sleep problems, and parenting stress. Chronic sleep deprivation was concerning, particularly for full-time mothers who got up early with only a short amount of sleep. Therefore, it was thought that sleep hygiene guidance, including lifestyle improvement, would lead to a reduction in parenting stress. |
